Sessions are typically one hour in length. Your first session, which is free, is meant to explore whether spiritual direction is a good fit.
If you live in the Niagara region, we can meet in person at my quiet and safe office in Port Colborne, ON. If you have allergies to cats or dogs please be advised that I occasionally share office space with 2 cats: Phoebe and Canyon, as well as an overly friendly dog, Benson.
I have clients who live around the world, and we can meet by phone, Face Time, or Zoom. (I am in the Eastern Time Zone, which is GMT -5 for EST and GMT-4 for EDT). I have recently opened up one Saturday morning a month to meet with people. Please e-mail me directly to inquire about those times.
